Boudoir Prive Box September

Image
Hey guys, here is my video for the Boudoir Prive beauty box. Looking back at the video it looks as if I'm not that happy with it but I really am! Are you signed up to any of the beauty boxes? Will you be keeping all or none of them? I'd love to know. Byeeeeee for now xx :-)

September Glossy Box

Image
So here it is, my first Glossy Box ! I've been a little bit slow on the uptake with Glossy Box as I wanted to see how it went before I commited to a monthly subscription. But as you'll see from what I've got in this box, there's actually some nice products including two full sized ones and to me, this box is worth the £12.95. Lets start with the HD Brows Eye & Brow Palette . This is the first full sized product in the box. I've only ever used cheap pencils and most recently the ELF Studio brow palette, so I'm fairly interested to give this products a go. They can also be used as eyeshadows or liners so even if they don't work for me as a brow product, I've always got the option of using them that way. They state that they last for 24 hours but we'll just have to see about that! The RRP for this palette is £19.95 so I've already made my money back just on this one. But I can't see where you would buy it from? Does anyone know

Face of the Day using Urban Decay 15th Anniversary Palette

Image
Good evening all, I'm absolutely LOVING my new Urban Decay 15th Anniversary Palette so I thought I'd do another face of the day using it. As I sit here typing I'm in quite allot of pain, I had a shaving related incident in the bath... There I was innocently shaving my legs when I dropped the razor and tried to catch it, but actually ended up pushing it in to my leg and it sliced sideways, OUCH! So I now have a nice 5 inch slice down the back of my left leg :-( But anyways, lets get on with my face of the day. My boyfriend gave me my card and said that my present was going to take a few more days to arrive... I started to get a bit annoyed and thought that he'd either forgotten or had been too lazy etc, etc. I was about to pipe up with something to make him feel guilty when to my surprise he said 'You probably already realise it's that make-up thingy you wanted.' A little tingle went up my spine and I was stopped in my grumpy tracks. 'Erm, do you mean the Urban Decay 15th Anniversary Palette?' to my absolute glee he had ordered it from Debenhams for me the day before. Thank the lord above, sometimes men do listen! So today is Friday and I was sit

Huge ELF Haul Face

Image
Ok so here is the last part of my HUGE ELF haul! The last part has all of the face products that I purchased in my over indulgence on eyeslipsface.com. I just couldn't help myself! Studio Powder Brush. Studio Powder Brush Usual Price £3.50. This brush is so soft and very densely packed. I've washed it in anticipation of using it and it only shed maybe 2 hairs, which is not bad in my book. I got this because I saw Camiloveskiwi raving about how good it is for applying foundation so I am very excited to try it out. Mineral Infused Face Primer This primer is only £6.00 for 14g of product in a nice little pump bottle, so at half off I couldn't resist giving it a little try. It is a clear gel like consistency and smoothed on well to my hand when I applied it. I'm really looking forward to putting it to the test. Mineral Booster Swatched, Mineral Booster. I was interested in this as I hadn't really heard much about it. You get a large jar with 17.86g f

Where have I been? Competition Update

Evening all, I hope you all had a fab weekend. I managed to borrow my friends Macbook for the day so I could film and edit a couple of video's for my youtube channel. You're probably thinking, hang on a minute, she hasn't gone anywhere, she's still been blogging? Well yes I have because I have my old laptop that I can still use for that, but not for filming or editing video's. So here is my latest vid, my monthly favourite's will be the next video up. I hope you enjoy :-)

August Superdrug Haul

Image
Well, I told myself after last months shopping and my huge ELF order last week that I wouldn't be doing much more shopping in the next few weeks. I'm usually fairly safe when it comes to superdrug, because i have to go at least 25 minutes to get to my nearest store. But... Superdrug had free delivery on their website so I had to take advantage! As you can see from the pic, I picked up 'a few bits'. MUA Eyeshadow, left to right, Shade 4 Pearl, Shade 7 Pearl, Shade 12 Pearl. Swatched in the same order MUA Pearl Eyeshadows £1.00 for 2g of product. What can I say about these? I think the first word I said when I swatched them was WOW! They only cost £1.00 and the packaging is quite plastic and cheap looking, but the shadows inside are lovely and pigmented and so pretty. Shade 12 is a duo-chrome, some even say a dupe for MAC's Club. These are definately worth the money in my opinion, and I wouldn't hesitate in buying more. The words Oh and Dear spring to m
