Evening all! Thought I'd just do a quick face of the day post. I normally don't go for a dark lip, but after getting the Makeup Revolution Lip Kit in Integrity, I knew I had to give it a go! My reasons for avoiding them usually is because I can look quite drained, but happily this one seems to quite suite me. To start with, after my usual skincare I applied my The Ordinary Coverage Foundation, this applies like a dream and is not heavy or cakey at all. The coverage is medium to full, which is especially good for my spotty red skin today. Then I applied my Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer which definitely covers a multitude of sins. I'd heard great things, but I've been shocked at how well it covers my horrible dark circles, spots and redness on my nose. I then topped off the places that had concealer with a light dusting of my Maybelline Fit Me powder. We had planned to have a nice barbecue, but typical British weather made it impossible. It's such a shame as there were 10'000 street parties arranged all over the UK today. We decided to change our meal to a traditional roast followed by some nice Jubilee themed cakes. I used the crown design on the left hand side of the Bundle Monster BM215 plate with Konad white, then added two red and one clear rhinestones. Well, I told myself after last months shopping and my huge ELF order last week that I wouldn't be doing much more shopping in the next few weeks. I'm usually fairly safe when it comes to superdrug, because i have to go at least 25 minutes to get to my nearest store. But... Superdrug had free delivery on their website so I had to take advantage! As you can see from the pic, I picked up 'a few bits'. MUA Eyeshadow, left to right, Shade 4 Pearl, Shade 7 Pearl, Shade 12 Pearl. Swatched in the same order MUA Pearl Eyeshadows £1.00 for 2g of product. What can I say about these? I think the first word I said when I swatched them was WOW! They only cost £1.00 and the packaging is quite plastic and cheap looking, but the shadows inside are lovely and pigmented and so pretty. Shade 12 is a duo-chrome, some even say a dupe for MAC's Club. These are definately worth the money in my opinion, and I wouldn't hesitate in buying more. The words Oh and Dear spring to m...
