I ❤ Makeup Haul

Image
I was waiting for these brushes to arrive before I posted these products, as I don't want to bombard you with too many TamBeaty posts. Yes I know, I've been posting allot about them! I just love it when I find a fantastic company, which is completely cruelty free, with products that seem high end for the lower end in the drugstore/highstreet. Ok so let's get started the Fixing Spray for £5. I've only ever used the NYX setting spray which I've always been pleased with, but really wanting to explore a wide range of the Tam beauty products. These are the Wow glosses, and they were only £0.60 each in the sale! They are beautiful, a really nice pigmented formula, and they glide on really well for the swatches. This is the very beautiful I Want Candy Blush in Wow. A beautiful mid pink that swatches beautifully. The formula is so buttery and smooth. As you can see this is really super pigmented, but easily blends out that you can see on the righ...

Tam Beauty Haul Time!

Image
Hi all, it's been a tough week after my daughter has been quite ill. On Saturday night she starred getting severe stomach pains, went very pale and generally unwell. From calling the 111 service, to getting her checked three times, sleepless nights getting her examined seeing doctors, chemist and back again! The way things stand at the moment, it's either the start of appendicitis or swollen glands in her tummy. Apparently we won't know if it is appendicitis unless it gets very bad and the pain starts to travel, so I've got to keep a "close eye on her". Well that's my bit of drama, so let's get on with the Haul! Unless you've been living under a rock since 2014 you'll know that Tam Beauty are the parent company of the brands Makeup Revolution, Freedom and I ❤ Makeup. They are a company that prides itself on keeping up with the latest makeup trends and offering them to consumers at an affordable price. From what I've seen so far from...

It's Been A Long, Long Time

Image
Hi All, well, what can I say? It's been literally years! But I've decided to start fresh, with re-naming the blog Graceful Glamour. My previous readers will remember that the old blog was called Charlie D Beauty, but things were rather different back then! I don't remember Blogger being so difficult to work with. I'm having problems working the google + and getting the button on my page, so if anyone has advice I'd really appreciate it! Since I left Charlie D Beauty behind, such allot has happened. I'm now a qualified Nail Technician, but my health has been so ba with my Crohns Disease and I was then diagnosed with Fibromyaligia, that I'm currently on long term sick. To say 2017 was a bad year for me and my daughter would be an understatement to say the least. I suffered two unimaginally painful and tragic losses, then lost my home in June, resulting in us being placed in temporary housing. There aren't any words to describe how ...

OPI In The Spotlight Pink, 4 coats, no topcoat (with flash) Eve'nin all, and here we have my first Nail Of The Day post from my little(ish) haul. I was itching to try out one of the OPI's first so I chose the pretty pink one called In The Spotlight Pink . This was originally from the Femme De Cirque Collection last year. After I'd already ordered it I read a review (backwards huh??) and someone said that it was a PITA to apply but actually I didn't find that at all. I applied thin coats, took my time and it seemed to glide on really well and evenly without any streaks. It was slightly runny, but not in a bad way if you know what I  mean? OPI In The Spotlight Pink, 4 coats, no top coat  (without flash) The colour is a very sheer, but very pretty delicate warm pink with a milky/gelish high-shine finish. If you apply only one or two coats then you are looking at pretty much zero colour but a nice shiny even finish with a hint of the pi...

Image
Good evening all, I'm absolutely LOVING my new Urban Decay 15th Anniversary Palette so I thought I'd do another face of the day using it. As I sit here typing I'm in quite allot of pain, I had a shaving related incident in the bath... There I was innocently shaving my legs when I dropped the razor and tried to catch it, but actually ended up pushing it in to my leg and it sliced sideways, OUCH! So I now have a nice 5 inch slice down the back of my left leg :-( But anyways, lets get on with my face of the day. Huge ELF Haul Face

Image
Ok so here is the last part of my HUGE ELF haul! The last part has all of the face products that I purchased in my over indulgence on eyeslipsface.com. I just couldn't help myself! Studio Powder Brush. Studio Powder Brush Usual Price £3.50. This brush is so soft and very densely packed. I've washed it in anticipation of using it and it only shed maybe 2 hairs, which is not bad in my book. I got this because I saw Camiloveskiwi raving about how good it is for applying foundation so I am very excited to try it out. Mineral Infused Face Primer This primer is only £6.00 for 14g of product in a nice little pump bottle, so at half off I couldn't resist giving it a little try. It is a clear gel like consistency and smoothed on well to my hand when I applied it. I'm really looking forward to putting it to the test. Mineral Booster Swatched, Mineral Booster. I was interested in this as I hadn't really heard much about it. You get a large jar with 17.86g f...
