Deep Blue Sea

Hi all, I hope you well. It's been such a strange few days, almost as if I've been walking around in a dream. I can't put my finger on why, but I'm just not feeling right. Maybe it's because of my Nan's illness, or maybe it's because I'm living back with my parents, but there's definitely something that isn't sitting right with me.  

Today I have another polish from the Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear line, Deep Blue Sea. I hope you aren't getting bored with me keep posting about them, but they really are excellent polishes and it makes me want to wear them!

No flash, artificial light. 

I would call her a medium blue with allot of silver foilish shimmer. The silver shimmer is so dense that in some lights the polish actually looks like a pale blue. I've really been loving blues at the moment and she is one of the most beautiful ones i have in my collection.

Again with this line, she is one of the most gorgeous polishes to work with, giving opacity with just the two coats. Drying time is good between coats and you get a lovely shiny finish.

I'm sorry that allot of my swatch pictures have been taken in artificial light, but I only have time to my nails in the evening these days, so it's essential I'm afraid.

      You were right, both me & poor Gracie have got colds. Boooo! Like you, I have a very poor immune system & I seem to catch everything x :-)

      Oh good, I'm had you are enjoying them. I was a bit worried people would be annoyed with me keep showing the same brand & line of polishes all the time.

My First Experience Of Stamping...

I was really eager to get stamping away when my new plates arrived so I waited until my little girl Gracie was in bed and got all my nail things out. I have to say that I did think I was going to get it straight away and I got very frustrated that it wasn't coming out perfect straight away until some other people told me that you just need to practice a few times. Lacey Bon Bon We Love Nails Mani

Orly Top 2 Bottom, 2 coats Ciate Bon Bon,,  Stamping White Konad, Orly in a Snap Top Coat , with flash.  Puja from Cute Nails has set up a new group called We Love Nails . I will be doing a nail challenge every week on a Tuesday. I decided to use one of my new freebie polishes as the base colour and I chose Ciate Bon Bon . She is a beautiful purpleish taupe and sooo pretty! ANOTHER Haul? Oooohhhhh Yes!

Yes I know I've already bought an unusually large amount of nail polish in the last couple of months, but I just can't seem to stop. Is it an illness? Do I really need all of these different colours? Well, those questions remain to be seen, but what I can say is that I really want all of them and as I don't smoke, drink or really spend my money on anything else for me, (most of my money is spent on my daughter) I feel like this is one little vice that isn't too bad. Left to right, Castello Blue, Capriccio Blue, Incantato Purple, Romanzo Pink. I'll start with the Borghese . You may be wondering why I've bought four more polishes from this brand when I wasn't too keen on Milano Taupe, but the truth is, I'd already ordered these before I had even tried it!
